You’ll receive an order confirmation followed by a tracking email once your parcel ships.
Processing & Fulfillment

Orders are typically packed and shipped within 3–5 business days of being placed.

Extra time may be needed for oversized or especially fragile pieces.

Every parcel ships fully insured via UPS, FedEx, or USPS, depending on size and destination.
Shipping (U.S.)
Shipping is based on the largest item in your order; smaller pieces are combined whenever safely possible.
Rates include insurance and specialty packaging.

We love when you find more than one piece!
Shipping is charged according to the largest item in your cart, and smaller pieces are combined whenever safely possible. Additional items will add a small packaging fee of $3 per item.

Local Pick-Up (DMV)
Complimentary local pick-up is available by appointment in the DMV area (Washington D.C., Maryland, Northern Virginia).
Select “Local Pick-Up” at checkout and we’ll coordinate a convenient time.
Vintage & Antique Condition
Our Elevated Sustainability Collection pieces are vintage or antique and may show gentle wear consistent with age.
Please review all photos, descriptions, and measurements before purchasing; colors may vary by screen.
Returns & Cancellations

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist with an insurance claim.
